The project consists of 4 Retail Bays, 15 Condominium Units, 6,000 sq. ft. of Co-Working space, and 3,000 sq.ft. of Maker Space. A Co-Living Project on Capital Hill consisting of 4 Townhomes that would provide 24 units of Co-Living Units. All ASEL Inc. project will have a Solar Electrical System. We have developed a Non-Profit co-corporate company, Affordable Housing for America Inc. AHA Inc. concentrates on educating people on Real Estate Development to enhance their growth and wealth through hands-on training and constructing affordable housing through our projects. American Smart Eco Lifestyle, ASEL Inc. constructed this residential and commercial building in CA. We were very strict about the materials and footprint of our work. Our client was interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome, and we did everything to respect these wishes. The project was completed earlier than the anticipated completion date and under budget.
